Provides a psychosocial, rehabilitation, recovery clubhouse that provides a supportive environment and opportunities for self-help rehabilitation for individuals recovering from psychiatric illness. Lunch Served Daily for $1.00. Provides computers, lists odd jobs, offers various activities.

Provides general and specialized inpatient and outpatient mental health services and intensive outpatient substance abuse treatment. Specialized services include military sexual trauma assessment and treatment, post traumatic stress disorder assessment and treatment, as well as readjustment counseling services.

Offers recreational activities, socialization, individual and group counseling, and mutual support group meetings in a drop-in center atmosphere.

NOTE: The Center is currently closed but services are still provided at other locations listed in Relevant Notes. Provides a peer-run, drop-in mental health community center. Offers services such as: daily lunch (Lunch is on hold until site can be located), workshops, peer-to-peer support circles, social gatherings, computer access, and a public shower. Provides patient-centered physical and mental health care delivered by a team of primary care and mental health clinicians. Offers special services for at-risk youth, homeless teens, and young adults. Services include confidential STD and pregnancy testing and free/low cost medications. Also provides consultations and support for eligibility in State and Federal Benefits.
