Enhanced Mobile Crisis Services provide rapid mobile response for individuals experiencing a mental health or substance use disorder crisis. A trained 2-person team can meet the individual at home, workplace, or another community setting, providing support and comfort including safety plans, peer support, care coordination and follow up and, if needed, temporary overnight accommodation.

Provides a voluntary mental health crisis alternative to hospitalization. Interlude is a home-like, trauma-sensitive space with staff who are individuals informed by lived experience.
Provides individualized, comprehensive, outpatient treatment services that address both the substance use of the individual and the needs of those affected by the individual's substance use. Groups are gender and trauma specific and are designed to build relapse prevention skills and harm reduction. Provides information about alcohol and drug use, the effects on individuals, families and communities, as well as information to the public about strategies for prevention and early intervention.

Provides information, support, and referrals for individuals diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia (LBD), as well as their family members and caregivers. Experienced LBD caregivers are available to listen to clients, provide emotional support, share their own stories, and provide referrals to helpful resources. Also provides an online library of literature and educational materials regarding LBD, including resources for patients, families, caregivers, and medical professionals. Other options include online support groups. When contacting by telephone, leave contact information. An LBDA volunteer will respond to messages within 24-48 hours. Volunteers cannot provide medical information or advice via talkline or email.

Provides a safe, welcoming place for individuals in mental health or substance use crisis who don't require emergency department care. Offers immediate help in the form of peer counseling and mental health care, as well as access to nursing and referrals to other community services. Entrance is on Downing Street.
Provides three separate supportive counseling groups, one for adults and two for different adolescent age ranges, which provide training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, which help them cope with difficult and intense emotions. The groups explain the DBT skills in an easy-to-learn manner and help them implement these skills into their everyday lives, enabling them to accept, validate, and tolerate their emotions in a healthy way and replace certain behaviors with new coping skills. Program includes Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Psychiatry Services, Case Management, and 7-day Crisis Support Services. For the adolescent program, both the teen and the caregiver are required to participate. Adolescent program also includes Family Therapy and Family DBT Skills Group.
Works with peers one on one and in groups to create independent living plans to reach an individuals' goals. Plans may include moving out of a nursing home, managing attendant care, budgeting finances, acquiring adaptive equipment, communicating more effectively, or finding a job.
Provides confidential peer-to-peer support. Also hosts a web-based collection of educational, motivational, and informational videos, offers referrals, and performs ongoing follow-up as necessary.
