OUTPATIENT TREATMENT SERVICES | LUND
Provides outpatient substance disorder treatment that includes assessment and mental health evaluations, observed and random urinalysis screenings, individual, family and couples counseling, child and family therapy, clinical group treatment, coordination of case and care management, aftercare and peer support. Co-occurring mental health needs may also be addressed. The program works with the hub at the Howard Center in management of medication assisted treatment (MAT) and required counseling as a spoke in Vermont's Care Alliance for Opioid Addiction. Participants also learn about home and center-based parent education services - including individual parent education, parenting classes, and developmental assessment.
