PEER SUPPORT PROGRAM | TWIN STATES NETWORK

Provides trained Peer Advocates who work one-on-one with individuals living with HIV/AIDS to provide ongoing support through virtual meetings, phone calls, and email. A support group meets online twice during the week and on certain Sundays.

ACCESS HUB, THE | WASHINGTON COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

Provides a safe, welcoming place for individuals in mental health or substance use crisis who don't require emergency department care. Offers immediate help in the form of peer counseling and mental health care, as well as access to nursing and referrals to other community services. Entrance is on Downing Street.

MILITARY ONESOURCE SUPPORT SERVICES | MILITARY ONESOURCE

Provides information and referrals for services such as financial and legal assistance counseling, relocation assistance, short term non-medical counseling, spouse employment and education, document translation and interpretation services, peer-to-peer support programs, and support for transition to civilian issues. Providers and peer supports are found locally, customarily within 30 miles of residence whenever possible. While serving, the Coast Guard community is supported by the Department of Homeland Security for their EAP needs.
