COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES | WASHINGTON COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES

Provides screening, diagnostics, and treatment planning services for people who are experiencing acute or chronic psychiatric problems. Offers individual, group, conjoint (couples), and family counseling, therapy groups, medication and other mental health services for community residents, including those who have may be experiencing difficulty resolving personal or interpersonal conflicts or making personal adjustments to stressful life situations.

MILITARY AND VETERAN PROGRAM | HOWARD CENTER

Designed to support active military, veterans, and families of military/veterans with confidential, trauma-informed mental health care, provided by clinicians who understand the unique challenges faced by those who have served, including PTSD, transition stress, and substance use. Services include individual counseling, crisis intervention, care management, and support to find additional community resources.

ELDER CARE PROGRAM | HCRS

Offers assessments and evaluations, supportive counseling, social skills training, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, and outreach in patients' homes. Consultation services on mental health issues that challenge elders and their caregivers are also available. This program is an HCRS and Senior Solutions partnership program.

MOSAIC CLINICAL THERAPY PROGRAM | MOSAIC VERMONT

Provides individual therapy to those who have been impacted by sexual harm and/or intimate partner violence (IPV). Therapy services can include ongoing counseling, Sexual Assault Nurse Examination (SANE) follow-up, or crisis stabilization sessions, based on each individual's needs. For individual therapy, meeting remotely through telehealth may also be available.

RUTLAND COUNTY HEALTH PARTNERS | RUTLAND COUNTY HEALTH PARTNERS

Provides non-urgent health care. Includes exams, nutrition counseling, and mental health counseling. Women's health care services provided through partner providers in nearby locations. Also included are acute illness care, chronic care management, vaccines and tobacco cessation. Dental services include cleanings and evaluations. Offers referrals for extractions and fillings. Offers help with signing up for Medicaid, RRMC Free Care, and YOU First. Patients may get help with over-the-counter and prescription medications. Facebook updated regularly with exact dates of upcoming medical clinics. No emergency services available; Dental clinic does not perform root canals or cosmetic services, but may be able to make referrals.

Provides screening, diagnostics, and treatment planning services for people who are experiencing acute or chronic psychiatric problems. Offers individual, group, conjoint (couples), and family counseling, therapy groups, medication and other mental health services for community residents, including those who have may be experiencing difficulty resolving personal or interpersonal conflicts or making personal adjustments to stressful life situations. Counseling and case management for elders is provided in collaboration with the Area Council Agency on Aging.

VIRTUAL INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM | UNITED COUNSELING SERVICE OF BENNINGTON COUNTY

Provides an intensive outpatient counseling program for people who receive Medicaid. This short-term program includes evening group sessions, weekly individual sessions, and peer coaching.

ADULT MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES | COUNSELING SERVICE OF ADDISON COUNTY

Provides short and longer term psychotherapy based on individual needs, including assessment and medication as needed. Also offer family and personal network meetings using the Open Dialogue approach to facilitation.
