Provides small, limited, community food services, consisting of fresh produce from local farms and organizations. Residents are encouraged to take what they need and/or donate what they can in support of the Farmstand. They also offer a variety of farmstand tasks for volunteers. The Farmstand is a market style set up where individuals select produce from tables. It is located at the interesection of South Meadow Drive and Baird Street, Burlington, Vermont 05401

Provides volunteer opportunities on local farms collecting and distributing what farmers can't sell. The food is distributed to local community food programs.
Provides three specific, home-delivered meals programs depending on need. Emergency Meals provides up to 60 meals for short-term crisis intervention to individuals released from the hospital after surgery who are in need of a temporary meal service; Short-Term Meals provides up to 90 meals per year to assist address temporary or episodic needs; Long-Term Meals provides up to five meals per week for a year for people with ongoing needs.

Home Delivered Meals
Provides a bi weekly community lunch and dinner. Local businesses or organizations may volunteer to organize, set up, break down, and serve the meal. Reimbursement by Grafton Cares for the cost of ingredients is possible if desired. Lunch and the 3rd Friday dinner is held in the Grafton Chapel building on Main Street. Dinner on the 1st Friday of the month is held at the Community Church in Athens located at 26 Brookline Road, Athens, VT 05143

Home Delivered Meals
Offers a range of volunteer activities including food sorting and packing, harvesting, and distribution programs in locations from its warehouses to medical centers and schools, senior centers, and farms. Community Repack Volunteers sort and repack food, build and pack boxes for older adults, pack bags for the BackPack Program, or sort fresh produce. The Gleaning Program offers opportunities to harvest surplus farm produce. Additional volunteer opportunities can include direct distribution to Foodbank customers at medical centers and schools for VeggieVanGo events or to seniors at Community Supplemental Food Program locations. All children under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Each location has varying availability. Warehouses are in Barre, Rutland, and Brattleboro. Gleaning takes place in Chittenden County, Rutland County, and Southern Vermont. The BackPack Program supplies eligible children at participating schools with bags of kid-friendly, nonperishable, vitamin-fortified food to bring home for the weekends during the school year.
