The Pregnancy Group is hosted by a maternal child health nurse and visited by local pregnancy and early childhood specialists. Partners, children, and key supporters are welcome. The Parent-Baby Group is attended by a maternal child health nurse and a lactation professional. Infants, children, partners, and expectant parents welcome. The Play Group includes snack and a story time and is attended by early childhood specialists and is open to families with children from birth to age 5.

Provides information and education about women's health and the health of their children. Educators are available to answer questions about childbirth preparation, postpartum care, and breastfeeding issues, as well as parenting infants and older children. Offers a lending library service, classes, women's support groups,and an on-site boutique. Provides disposable diapers in support of women with babies for whom disposable diaper purchases are a strain on the monthly budget and assists with accessing infant formula. Also provides menstruation supplies.

This group is focused on the range of emotions that can arise when expecting after experiencing infertility and/or loss.

Offers 40+ virtual groups for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders using a peer-to-peer support model, i.e. Pregnancy and Postpartum Psychosis Support for Survivors, Perinatal Support for Latinx Moms and Birthing People, Queer & Trans Parent Support Group, Single Perinatal Parent Support, Birth Trauma Support for BIPOC Birthers, Military Moms Perinatal Mood Support Group, etc.
