Provides a support and educational program engaging families from pregnancy up through the early postpartum months who have been identified as being at risk for postpartum mood disorders (PPMDs). Focus is on normalizing and building awareness of PPMDs while using assessment tools for early detection. While partnering with other community mental health and support services, Healthy Families From the Start helps to facilitate a continuum of care during the early months with a new baby.

Offers an opportunity to connect with other caregivers while babies play peacefully, at their own pace, with less stimulation. Siblings are welcome.

Provides a range of programs for fathers, including drop-on to connect with other dads or get support from staff while enjoying coffee and snacks (Dads' Drop-in), a playgroup and dinner for dads and their children (Dads' Night), and individualized case management to help fathers work towards goals around parenting, getting basic needs met, and navigating systems (Dads Matter Case Management).

Provides ongoing weekly parenting classes using the Strengthening Families "Strong" curriculum. A light meal is provided.

Programs and services include one-to-one matches, support, referrals, sibling support groups, workshops, assistance with accessing health care, information about flexible funding, leadership training for parents and guardians, bullying prevention, family faculty training, and navigating health and disability systems.

Offers support groups for parents and caregivers on a variety of topics. Some groups are open to all, while others focus on people with particular needs (mothers, fathers, foster parents, people raising toddlers, people raising teens).

The safe and confidential weekly group meetings provide an opportunity for parents to come together to give and receive support from one another regarding the experiences, challenges, and successes they have been experiencing while raising their children. Provides free Child care. In addition to Circle of Parents groups open to all, there are some for specific needs, including Circle of Parents in Recovery, Circle of Parents Group for Grandparents, Circle of Support for Moms of Color, Circle for Adoptive & Post-Permanent Families.

Provides a play-based program that allows dads and kids to spend time together while offering parent education and support. Offers a free hot meal and opportunities to learn new skills to help them achieve their goals as fathers. Dads can learn new ways to manage stress and take care of themselves, or just come and spend time with their child.

Offers 40+ virtual groups for Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders using a peer-to-peer support model, i.e. Pregnancy and Postpartum Psychosis Support for Survivors, Perinatal Support for Latinx Moms and Birthing People, Queer & Trans Parent Support Group, Single Perinatal Parent Support, Birth Trauma Support for BIPOC Birthers, Military Moms Perinatal Mood Support Group, etc.

Offers a monthly check in via Zoom for fathers and masculine-identifying caregivers to connect and converse with one another.

Helps new fathers adjust to parenting and life in the United States. Provides support and resources about parenting to all fathers.

Provides education and support, including a monthly meet up, educational workshops, and a specialized childcare program.
