Health and disease-specific support group information is available by calling the Healthy Community Program number at Central Vermont Community Center. Examples of program offerings are: Healthier Living Workshop, Portion Distortion, Pre-Natal Yoga, Childbirth Education Classes, and Community Reiki Clinics.

Offers informational and peer social support groups for people living with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) and Primary Lateral Sclerosis (PLS), and their families, friends, and caregivers. A variety of ongoing support groups are held throughout the year for persons with ALS/PLS, family, and family caregivers. Some groups are limited to persons with bulbar ALS or to caregivers only. Contact the agency for a current listing. For groups held on Zoom, assistance learning Zoom functions is available.
Provides case management, benefits advocacy, volunteer support services, health and addiction treatment referrals, condom and safer sex information, nutritious food program, and limited financial assistance to help with basic and emergency needs.
