The Substance Abuse Receiving Center provides after-hour services for those who are chemically impaired or intoxicated and in need of evaluation, temporary placement, and referral. Also provides harm reduction kits that include Narcan, Fentanyl test strips, and a CPR mouth shield. Harm reduction kits are in the lobby at Ledge Hill Drive.
