Provides a way for clients, or community partners helping clients, who are in a crisis situation due to benefits being denied in error or delayed to request help, or to register complaints about Economic Services programs or personnel. Also provides the public with a way to anonymously report suspected cases of fraud involving Reach Up (TANF), 3SquaresVT, General Relief or other Economic Services programs.
