Provides long term housing, life skills training, emotional support, as well as assistance in finding area services such as job training, counseling, education, child care, and health care after an initial assessment stage that determines appropriateness for participation in the program. Hotline Counselors are On Call 24Hours/7Days. Transitional Living Program also offers limited support with transportation, personal needs, and support in acquiring ID's such as birth certificates and social security cards.

Provides in-school youth the opportunity to develop the personal and professional skills needed to succeed in the job market. Offers customized training based on each individual's needs. Students maintain a regular work shift during the school day in one of ReSOURCE's departments.
Provides a job training and work readiness program that prepares participants for a career in the food service industry through an intensive program of culinary skills development, career readiness, and job placement. Program is offered in partnership with Feeding Chittenden in Burlington and Capstone Community Action Council in Barre. Upon completion of the program, students will have transferable job skills, including ServSafe certification and can receive college credits that can be used to further their education.
Offers apprenticeships in the following areas: Certified Public Bookkeeper, Manufacturing Production Technician, Medical Assisting, Medical Records Assistant, and Pharmacy Technician. Provides an infrastructure for developing and maintaining a statewide mental health peer support workforce. Evaluates statewide peer workforce needs, facilitates awareness and participation by providing resources and information to peer support workers, and ensures the availability of peer support worker training. Provides advanced manufacturing and industry-recognized credentials through apprenticeship programs that offer a range of courses. Programs offered are Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeships, Industrial Maintenance Apprenticeships, and SolidWorks & CNC Machining Certificates. Telephone to determine eligibility. Interest forms are available on the website. Select classes of interest for registering. The apprenticeship courses take place at the VTC Williston campus. The SolidWorks & CNC Machining Certificate courses are held at River Valley Tech, in Springfield. Courses are held in the late afternoon or evening so students can usually get their employers to adjust their schedules to accommodate the class schedules. If student is not currently employed in manufacturing, VTC can help steer them in the direction of current openings.

Provides a drop-in community center that offers opportunities to socialize and to access support for help with acquiring supported employment, access to education and housing, peer support, and opportunities to explore holistic health and wellness. Also provides packed meals to go. During the winter months, the center offers extended hours to provide a warm space for individuals to congregate until the overnight shelter opens its doors.

Provides an opportunity to graduate from program with a GED or high school diploma as well as receive training certificates. YouthBuild participants have a chance to graduate with certificates in Construction Industry Outreach Training Program (OSHA10), NCCER, PACT, and First Aid & CPR Training.
