Pays for necessary training of farmworkers and other agricultural workers on new farm and/or agricultural equipment in exchange for the farmer/grower giving the worker a new title and an increase in pay.

Offers employment, training, and support services to migrant workers, seasonal agricultural workers, and farm workers to assist them in obtaining permanent, full-time employment, either in agriculture or in some other line of work. Services provided to enrolled individuals may include emergency housing and limited rent assistance.
