Offers a safe place that focuses on basic needs such as providing lunch and dinner; use of telephone and computer; and access to laundry facilities, hygiene items, clothes, and showers. Provides support, case management, and referrals. Free safer sex materials are available. LGBTQ2+ support offered. No referral is necessary to access the Drop-In Center, however there is a brief and confidential intake process for all clients during their first visit.

BE YOU CLINIC | COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS OF BURLINGTON

Provides patient-centered physical and mental health care delivered by a team of LGBTQ-knowledgeable providers, nurses, and social workers. Offers LGBTQ community members the range of CHC services, including medical, mental health and substance abuse counseling, psychiatry, family planning, and on-site lab services. Provides gender-affirming care for persons interested in transitioning, and Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) screening. The Community Health Pharmacy program offers discounted prescriptions to all patients. Also provides consultations and support for eligibility for State and Federal Benefits and low-cost drug manufacturer discount programs.
