Provides low-cost or free health care for adults. Vermont Medicaid includes doctor visits, hospital care, prescriptions, vision, and some dental care. Also covers long-term care in a nursing home or at home, and physical therapy. Medicaid for the Aged, Blind, or Disabled (MABD) is also available. Assists Vermonters in enrolling in (and answers questions about) Medicaid and MABD. The member services line can help with filling out the application.

Provides non-urgent health care. Includes exams, nutrition counseling, and mental health counseling. Women's health care services provided through partner providers in nearby locations. Also included are acute illness care, chronic care management, vaccines and tobacco cessation. Dental services include cleanings and evaluations. Offers referrals for extractions and fillings. Offers help with signing up for Medicaid, RRMC Free Care, and YOU First. Patients may get help with over-the-counter and prescription medications. No emergency services available; Dental clinic does not perform root canals or cosmetic services, but may be able to make referrals.
