Both offices are managed by individuals with disabilities who require assistance in preparing items to be ready for those in need. In the rare case, when picking up requested items is not possible, attempts will be made to assist with coordination of delivery.

Individuals who need items such as communication devices, wheelchairs, ramps, mobility devices, and vans can register with the exchange and view items as well as contact information for the owner of those items.
