Provides information and referrals for community, regional, and state services. The program also offers transportation to medical appointments, friendly visiting, medical equipment loans, assistance with minor home repairs and household chores, community programs on wellness issues and other topics, and an emergency fuel fund. All services are performed by volunteers.

Provides inventory information that helps individuals and organizations donate and exchange usable assistive technology products such as wheelchairs, walking aids, standing aids, toilet aids, and other daily living aids . Maintains a wish list of items that individuals are looking for and assists with coordination of pick-ups as the items become available. Individuals should call to request an item before going to Wayward Wheels in person so they can prepare items in advance. Both offices are managed by individuals with disabilities who require assistance in preparing items to be ready for those in need. In the rare case, when picking up requested items is not possible, attempts will be made to assist with coordination of delivery.

Maintains a limited supply of small durable medical equipment to be loaned out as needed. Equipment includes bed assist bars and other supports; mobility assistance: canes, quad canes, and crutches, knee scooters, walkers, wheelchairs, and transport chairs; showering and toileting equipment; and tools for daily living assistance. Apply through the website. There is no limit on loan period. Donations of equipment in clean and good condition are accepted from the community. Call before coming in to donate equipment.

Provides loans of mobility equipment, such as wheelchairs, walkers, crutches and canes, as needed. The only wheelchair accessible entrance to Westminster Cares is the back entrance.
Provides a way for individuals who have assistive technology and durable medical equipment items they no longer need to donate or sell them. Individuals who need items such as communication devices, wheelchairs, ramps, mobility devices, and vans can register with the exchange and view items as well as contact information for the owner of those items. This is an independent exchange between registered users. All equipment is held and transferred by owner and recipient; equipment is not held by the exchange itself.
