Both offices are managed by individuals with disabilities who require assistance in preparing items to be ready for those in need. In the rare case, when picking up requested items is not possible, attempts will be made to assist with coordination of delivery.

Provides an assistive technology loan program for individuals requiring use of medical assistive equipment in their homes. Items available for individuals to borrow include walkers, commodes, shower chairs, wheelchairs and transport chairs. Availability of specific medical equipment varies.

Provides monetary grants of up to $5,000 (with a lifetime maximum of $10,000 per child) toward a family's share of the cost of medical services when gaps in a family's commercial health benefit plan mean that a child may go without necessary treatment, or when the child receives care and the family assumes a large amount of debt. Covered services include deductibles, co-insurance, co-pays, and services not covered by insurance.
