SUBSTITUTE CARE / FOSTER CARE PROGRAM | LARAWAY YOUTH & FAMILY SERVICES

Provides a therapeutic living environment in community-based facilities for children and youth who have emotional and/or behavioral problems and require a structured, supervised educational/treatment program. Services include individualized case-management, therapeutic foster care services, and life skills training. Educational options may include licensed residential treatment homes, foster homes or Intensive Family Based Services. Residential Treatment homes are adventure-based and serve youth who need a higher level of structure than is available with foster care. Therapeutic foster homes are licensed by the Department of Children and Families (DCF).
