Provides transitional re-entry residential and non-residential case management services. Services include assistance in finding housing, mentoring in job skills and job-readiness, conflict resolution, and coordination with area service providers for services such as healthcare, transportation, education, parenting assistance, and substance use disorder treatment. Return House services are provided in partnership with the Vermont Department of Children and Family Services. This is a voluntary program.
