Investigates complaints of judicial misconduct and reports of physical or mental disability that permanently impairs judicial duties. Recommends necessary action to the Vermont Supreme Court. The Judicial Conduct Board only accepts written complaints either by mail or as an attachment to an email. An optional downloadable form is available online. The Court does not impeach judges.
