Provides consumers with a forum to resolve car warranty problems. Offers educational information about the law, frequently asked questions, and the process of arbitration. Consumers may file a Demand for Arbitration to request a hearing after demonstration of reasonable repair, which is usually three unsuccessful attempts or 30 cumulative calendar days out of service within the manufacturer's express written warranty. Issues medical marijuana licenses to protect patients from state criminal penalties for using marijuana to relieve the symptoms or effects of a debilitating medical condition. Also maintains a list of medical dispensaries, as well as a way to submit a complaint about adult-use cannabis establishments. Registered users or their caregivers may grow marijuana for medical use, but must still be registered. The possession limit is no more than two mature marijuana plants, seven immature plants, and two ounces of usable marijuana.

Receives and addresses consumer complaints regarding national banks and federal savings associations for individuals who have been unable to resolve an issue with the bank directly. Complaint forms may be requested via telephone. Complaints also may be filed by fax or mail. There is a time limit of 30 minutes to complete the online complaint form. Otherwise, information may be lost. Gather information and materials before filing. Send mailed complaints to: Comptroller of the Currency, Customer Assistance Group, P. O. Box 53570, Houston, Texas 77052. Complaints regarding STATE-chartered banks must be directed to the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation, Banking Division.
Provides a process to handle complaints about court staff or court procedures. Court staff include managers, clerks, court officers, court operators, and law clerks. Access website for mailing address. Complaints may be submitted by phone or by mailed letter. They will be referred to the appropriate court or person for action within 72 hours. Complaints about a judge or a lawyer are handled by the Judicial Conduct Bureau or the Professional Responsibility Board, respectively.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) will forward a complaint to the company in question, and work to get a response. Most companies respond to the consumer and the CFPB within 15 Days after a complaint is filed; more complex cases may take up to 60 days.

It accepts complaints of cybercrime matters including online fraud, intellectual property rights violations, computer intrusions/hacking, theft of trade secrets, online extortion, international money laundering, identity theft and a growing list of other related crimes.

The Judicial Conduct Board only accepts written complaints either by mail or as an attachment to an email. An optional downloadable form is available online. The Court does not impeach judges.
Addresses complaints regarding housing discrimination, mobile and manufactured homes, deceptive contractors, issues with poor maintenance, health and safety risks.
