Provides choice of food vouchers to Hannaford or City Market OR payment for utility bill; payment will be directly to utility company. Also offers bus passes, gas vouchers ONLY at Mobil/Handy's in South Winooski, vouchers for laundry either at Grier's in South Burlington or Clothes Quarters in Winooski. In addition, provides vouchers/cards to two thrift shops: the Possibility Shop and Every Monday Thrift Shop. Funding for financial assistance is limited. No cash assistance is provided.
