Provides a fund to individuals needing to travel for cancer treatment. The fund provides gas money on a gas card. Individuals will receive a gas card in the mail upon approval. Self-referral is NOT an option for receiving a gas card.

Provides limited financial assistance to individuals and families in need, for expenses that include vehicle fuel, rent, heat, food, and electricity and other utilities. Assistance is dependent upon adequate funding. Provides payment directly to service providers. May also provide gas and food vouchers. Service providers will be contacted to verify payment status.

Provides limited funding for emergency dental care, prescriptions, and other medical needs, and a limited amount of gasoline cards for transportation to medical appointments if public transportation is not realistic. Other supports may be available for medical appointments at distant locations.

Provides modest emergency financial assistance, for expenses such as gas cards, heating fuel, minor car repairs, rent, and other utility bills.

Provides limited financial assistance for emergency needs. Examples of assistance include help with rent, utility bills, food and gasoline. Also creates personal hygiene packs for the homeless. Assistance for utilities or rent are paid directly to supplier or landlord. Gas and food cards are provided. No cash is given.

Responds to emergency needs on a case-by-case basis (as funds allow) with financial assistance. Examples of assistance include help with utility bills, including electric, and vouchers for food and gas. The program cannot help with rent expenses.
