Provides non-emergency assistance such as transportation, errand running, companionship, friendly telephoning, and a welcome baby program, referrals for a repair person or other services, or information. Marlboro Cares can also make referrals to other agencies, and offers educational programs on occasion. Ride requests require 48-hour notice; All other requests should be scheduled as far ahead as possible to ensure adequate response. Short notice of need will be met with every effort to help.

The routes served are along Routes 5 and 131 to the Exit 8 Park & Ride (including the Country Estates Mobile Home Park) and along Route 5 to the Hartland Public Library. It also connects Windsor-area residents to its Route 101 Shopper Route on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. Pick up and delivery is curb-to-curb. Provides subsidized memberships, discounted application fees, and driving rates to individuals who need financial assistance to join CarShare Vermont. Offers transportation planning and budgeting assistance. Up to two individuals may share one account; however, both drivers must fill out an application and meet all program requirements. Cars are parked in Burlington, Shelburne, and Winooski, but membership is open to anyone in the Greater Burlington Area who can access the car locations.

Offers medical care transportation by volunteer drivers to doctor's appointments and pharmacy visits. Transportation for shopping and other health-related errands may be available and is based upon availability of drivers. Bridges & Beyond drivers can transport clients out of Rutland County only if they are seeking medical treatment or consultation at a hospital or affiliated medical office. Volunteer drivers are screened via interview, criminal background check, and driving record.
