Provides information and education about women's health and the health of their children. Educators are available to answer questions about childbirth preparation, postpartum care, and breastfeeding issues, as well as parenting infants and older children. Offers a lending library service, classes, women's support groups,and an on-site boutique. Provides disposable diapers in support of women with babies for whom disposable diaper purchases are a strain on the monthly budget and assists with accessing infant formula. Also provides menstruation supplies.

Provides a holiday gift program. Includes warm winter clothing for adults and children and free toys for children. Drop off toy donations at Cabot Village Store or Faith in Action in Cabot or Lyndonville.

Operates a clothing thrift store and also offers clothing to individuals and families in crisis. The Thrift Shop is NOT Wheelchair-Accessible; It is on the second floor.

Provides community food shelf services and clothing. Personal care items may be available depending on donations. Enter through the rear of the building. Pantry is in the basement, down one flight of stairs. Email Thom Fleury for emergency food assistance, potential home delivery, or alternate appointment time.

Sells new and gently used furniture, building supplies, appliances, tools, housewares, and home improvement products. Some sites may include clothing. Accepts donations of used vehicles for scrap. Proceeds help to fund area Habitat for Humanity projects. Cars, trucks, boats, RVs, and motorcycles may be donated for a tax deduction.

Sells gently used women's clothing and accessories, and small household items. Thrift Shop does not carry children or men's clothing items, nor does it accept donations of electronic items. Please call ahead to make sure they are accepting donations. Donations accepted during business hours or by arrangement.

Works in partnership with the Vermont Foodbank to provide weekend food supplies to school children. Tote bags of nutritious foods and snacks to last all weekend are prepared for teachers to distribute at participating schools. During the school year, H.O.P.E. also assists teachers at participating schools with students needs, such as clothing, school supplies, and toiletries.

Provides financial assistance with clothing, utilities, and rent. Payment Issued Only On Certain Days and Requires Approval From Regional Office. Payments are made to the vendor only.

Operates a thrift store that sells donated clothing. Household items not sold or accepted.

Offers shower facilities, various material goods, and limited laundry vouchers. Assistance including service coordination.

Offers free winter outerwear to individuals and families. Provision of winter clothing is dependent upon types and sizes that have been donated. Also offers blankets, towels and sheets. For parking, use the United Community Church parking lot next door at 1325 Main Street, St. Johnsbury.

Provides funding for clothing vouchers for coats, mittens, gloves, hats, scarves, boots and other winter clothing. Funding for vouchers is distributed to schools within the four regional supervisory unions where vouchers will then be available. The warm clothing vouchers program is a limited resource and availability of vouchers at individual Windham County public schools is dependent upon funding allocations.

Provides financial assistance on a case-by-case basis for utility disconnects, personal care items, food vouchers, laundry vouchers, clothing vouchers, bus passes, and photo ID payment assistance. Provides personal hygiene items and diapers when available. Also provides information about other services in the community. Does not provide assistance for gas vouchers, car repairs, internet/cable bills, or phone bills. Must have a disconnect notice for utility assistance.

Offers a shop with new or gently used baby and maternity clothing. Diapers may also be available.

Sells donated new and used clothing and household items, including furniture, appliances, and electronics. Profits support HOPE's poverty relief programs. Accepts donations of new and used clothing, furniture, and household items in excellent condition. Entrance is at the back of the building.
