Home repair assistance also may include technical support, home maintenance workshops, special grants, home inspection, assistance in creating job specifications and finding estimates, and ongoing project support.

Provides assessments for fall risks by licensed professionals including a physical therapist, an occupational therapist and a nurse. Makes recommendations for home modifications that can include ramps, grab bars, and stair adaptations.
