Provides a year-round daytime drop-in center, as well as an overnight shelter, that provides case management, forms assistance, access to computers, and referrals. Food is available. Provides a daytime drop-in center that offers refuge from the streets, as well as access to COTS Housing Navigators and the Homeless HealthCare project. Offers noontime meal daily and annual Thanksgiving and Christmas meals. Also provides shower and laundry facilities.
