Offers substance-free transitional housing for veterans experiencing homelessness. Also provides veterans living in the transitional housing shared living facility with support services.
Offers short-term residential services to support a young person's transition from homelessness to independence. Services include assessment of independent living skills, case management, transitional living support, and outreach services. Life skills training, health and parenting classes are also offered.
Provides a confidential crisis hotline and online services to call, chat, or email. Offers solution-focused crisis intervention, referrals to local resources, education, and prevention assistance for youth and families. Services include youth-initiated Conference Calls, which facilitates a call between the youth and their family or a helping agency; Home Free, which offers a free bus ticket home or to an alternate living arrangement; and Message Service, which takes messages from parents that the National Runaway Safeline (NRS) will deliver to the youth if they choose to call the hotline to check for messages. Individuals may also post on the online forum. For Home Free, youth under age 18 can only return to a parent or legal guardian, which may include a non-custodial parent, sibling age 21 or older, or an extended family member, such as aunt or uncle. If parents call asking for help in finding their kids, National Runaway Safeline can refer them to local police departments and national organizations such as National Center for Missing and Exploited Children for additional support.

Provides transitional housing program for individuals and families who are at risk of becoming homeless or who are homeless in order to increase their level of self-sufficiency and ultimately transition from homelessness to permanent housing. The housing is drug-free and alcohol-free. An income is not required, but residents with an income may have to pay 30% of their income towards housing costs. Residents are expected to participate in training, education, and/or employment programming.
Transitional housing supportive services offered are: case management that includes treatment plans, assistance obtaining permanent housing, benefits counseling, legal advise and community referrals; employment and training that includes career counseling, job placement and training; outreach that includes access to food pantries and general clothing providers; and referrals to community resources. Also operates a shelter in Bradford, VT.

Provides long term housing, life skills training, emotional support, as well as assistance in finding area services such as job training, counseling, education, child care, and health care after an initial assessment stage that determines appropriateness for participation in the program.
