FAIR SHARE PROGRAM | INTERVALE CENTER

Provides individuals and families with a free food share in a community supported agriculture program. The share averages 6 to 8 pounds of local vegetables each week, and is supplied with local farm produce gleaned by volunteers. Provides some winter shares and pop-ups during the fall and winter, and resources to connect participants with nourishing food all year long. Participants sign up through a brief google form. No proof of income or other documentation required. Each week's share will consist of set produce, other choice items, and a weekly pick your own crop. Participants will select and weigh out their own produce. A pick your own garden is also available to participants. Agency is located down a large hill from the bus line.

NOFA-VT VERMONT FARM SHARE PROGRAM | NOFA-VT

Provides access to Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) programs for low-income households by paying a portion of the cost of a CSA share. This program helps participants access a reliable source of fresh, healthy, local food and connects them with other community members. Applications are available via website. Seasonal Application Sign-Up periods: Spring/Summer Shares: February 1-February 28; Fall/Winter Shares August 1-August 31. Arrangements for payment must be made before season starts. Contact CSA farmer for alternative payment arrangements other than full amount. Some farms are authorized to accept 3SquaresVT.
