Provides volunteer crews for salvaging farm produce and arranges storage and distribution of gleaned food donations in an effort to make healthy, fresh food available to Vermonters in need. Gleaning is the act of harvesting excess or unmarketable produce from a farm.

Seeks volunteers to work with Gleaning Coordinator to harvest unsold produce and deliver to HOPE's food shelf and several dozen other charitable food sites.
