Provides an infrastructure for developing, maintaining, and certifying a statewide mental health peer support workforce. Evaluates statewide peer workforce needs, facilitates awareness and participation by providing resources and information to peer support workers, and ensures the availability of peer support worker training.

Pathways Vermont is a non-profit organization whose mission is to end homelessness and provide innovative mental health alternatives. Pathways offers Permanent Supportive Housing and services in 7 Vermont counties, and a Rapid Rehousing team in Chittenden County. Pathways Vermont offers connection with peers who have experienced their own mental health challenges via a 24/7 Support Line. The agency also offers a 5-bed Therapeutic Community residence, Soteria House, for young adults experiencing early episode psychosis. In addition, it provides a short-term peer respite residence, Rosewoood Cottage.
