Black River Area Community Coalition (BRACC) is a non-profit organization serving the towns of Chester, Ludlow, Mount Holly, and Plymouth through education and collaboration to promote wellness and prevent the misuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, with an emphasis on youth substance use prevention. BRACC also provides a teen center.
