Fees
There is an application fee of $60. An origination fee of 1% of the total loan amount and a loan documentation fee of $215 are both due at closing. Expenses incurred for the recording of collateral documentation and anticipated discharge of such documentation are also due at closing.

Vermont Community Loan Fund is a non-profit, community-focused alternative lender whose mission is to strengthen Vermont communities by helping to connect loan capital with projects that enhance quality of life, local economies and community health. VCLF provides loans to local businesses, community organizations and non-profits, child care providers, and developers of affordable housing who don't qualify for loans from traditional lenders. Services also include financial consulting and business development services.
