By Telephone: GMP customers MUST contact BROC Community Action as soon as they receive the disconnect notice and make arrangements BEFORE the first possible shut-off notice date (found on disconnect notice); May be applied for once per calendar year
Eligibility
200% of Poverty Level and customer served by GMP; Community Action agencies determine eligibility; Persons already on the GMP Energy Assistance Program (EAP) are not eligible
