Any Father who is currently incarcerated. The only restraint from eligibility is if the individual is on the Sex Offender Registry, as this is a PCAVT-wide rule for any of their support programs.

Provides an evidence-based fatherhood program designed specifically for incarcerated fathers. It aims to help individuals improve their parenting skills and develop stronger relationships with their children. Some topics covered include Fathering on the Inside, Men's Health and Communication. Groups are held at St. Johnsbury (Mondays) and Newport (Fridays) Correctional Facilities
