Assists individuals with regaining their licenses while they are paying off fines and fees. Program participants work with staff to get their license reinstated. Participants must satisfy the Vermont Judicial Bureau and the Department of Motor Vehicles requirements. Staff may be able to help individuals be reinstated prior to completion of payments for traffic tickets. For individuals who have been charged with a criminal driving violation, successful completion of this program leads to criminal charges being dismissed.

Franklin Grand Isle Restorative Justice Center, a member of the Community Justice Network of Vermont, is a non-profit restorative justice organization that works with citizens, local and state government, and law enforcement agencies to provide restorative responses to crime and conflict in Franklin and Grand Isle Counties. Programs promote restorative practices by increasing community involvement in finding solutions to crime through Reparative Boards, Community Dialogue Facilitation's, Conflict Resolution Training, and Parallel Justice Programs .
