Provides comprehensive services to individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and other pervasive developmental disorders. Individuals are assigned professional service coordinators who are responsible for clients' Individualized Support Agreements, and for assisting them in achieving success in the community. Services include personal support and case management; specialized residential programs; psychiatric and medical care; vocational and skill acquisition training; peer support; family support services; and support services to individuals in nursing homes. Provides a spectrum of supported living arrangements to meet the needs of each person. Clinical services for individuals include provision of a psychiatrist to provide evaluation, medication checks, and after-hours consultation on medication issues. Also provides care coordination services. Flexible Family Funding is a secondary service that provides state funds to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their families with support services such as respite care to enhance their ability to live together.

COUNSELING SERVICE OF ADDISON COUNTY

Counseling Service of Addison County (CSAC) is the designated community mental health agency for Addison County under contract with Vermont Department of Mental Health. CSAC provides acute and long-term behavioral health care services to people with a wide range of emotional and mental health problems. CSAC provides behavioral health care services and substance use disorder treatment, including emergency and crisis intervention services for adults, children, adolescents and their families. Additionally, CSAC offers individualized services to persons with varying degrees of developmental disabilities to help people learn skills and build relationships to meet their life goals.
