Offers a program for individuals who are looking for an alternative way to earn a diploma, and need comprehensive development and job training in construction and energy efficiency skills. Provides an opportunity to graduate from program with a GED or high school diploma as well as receive training certificates. YouthBuild participants have a chance to graduate with certificates in Construction Industry Outreach Training Program (OSHA10), NCCER, PACT, and First Aid & CPR Training.
