Description

Provides financial assistance for those who could not otherwise afford medical, dental, and health and wellness-related treatment and expenses. Provides assistance for mental health providers, vendors, and service agencies, as well as for medical equipment and supplies, hearing aids, eyeglasses, and prescription medications. Grants (payments) are made directly to doctors, dentists, pharmacists, mental health providers, vendors, and service agencies only after grant has been approved and services have been received. NOTE: Grants are not provided for services or goods already received.

Ottauquechee Health Foundation (OHF) is a non-profit organization that provides health-related financial assistance to community members in need, community partnerships, education opportunities and support of wellness initiatives. They assist in the healthcare needs in the towns of Barnard, Bridgewater, Hartland, Killington, Plymouth, Pomfret, Quechee, Reading, and Woodstock. OHF granting programs provide eligible community members with financial assistance for health and wellness-related expenses such as eyeglasses, hearing aids, medical supplies, dental care and other wellness needs.
