Provides affordable rental housing management services for all types of households. Provides information and guidance about rental costs; how to select affordable housing that meets individual needs; and how to budget for insurance, utility costs and other requirements related to paying for housing. Also acts as managing agent for privately-owned, affordable housing apartments and for senior housing complexes.

RURAL EDGE
RuralEdge is a rural regional non-profit organization providing affordable quality housing, community development, property management, financial services, and education. Services include creation and preservation of affordable housing for individuals with low to moderate incomes, provision of homeownership education and services, and facilitation of community development and renewal in Caledonia, Essex and Orleans Counties. RuralEdge rebuilds, rehabilitates, leases, and manages properties and supports residents with information, education, counseling, and access to resources for repairs.
