Provides a an anonymous and confidential hotline where individuals will be connected to an operator who can stay on the phone while they use substances alone. An emergency safety plan decided by the individual and operator will be activated if needed. This is not a recovery or treatment helpline. If an individual is calling to report an overdose in progress, please call 911. If an individual is in crisis and would like to speak with a crisis helpline, please call 988.
