Description

Provides community-based support to persons with a variety of cognitive challenges, including TBI, dementia, and physical impairments. Support includes assistance in accessing the community for housing, employment, medical appointments, and social events. Pride Inc specializes in developing social networks and developing and maintaining positive relationships. Also provides community-based residential living in the shared home of a trained person.
