Orange County Parent Child Center is an early childhood education and family support organization for families with young children in Orange County and part of Northern Windsor County. Services include on-site early care and public Pre-K, parent/family education, parenting resources and support groups, playgroups, the Families Learning Together program, supervised visitation and exchange program, and home visiting services including Children's Integrated Services home visiting.
