Services NOT Provided: Mental Health Services; Workers' Compensation or Disability Care; Physicals, Well Child Examinations, or Immunizations; Birth Control, Pregnancy, or STD tests; Dental Services; Narcotics or any controlled substance prescriptions, or care for anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
