Provides non-emergency medical care. Also provides health education and referrals to other community health agencies when needed. Appointments are NOT required to receive services. Services NOT Provided: Mental Health Services; Workers' Compensation or Disability Care; Physicals, Well Child examinations, or Immunizations; Birth Control, Pregnancy, or STD tests; Dental Services; Narcotics or any controlled substance prescriptions, or care for anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
