Franklin County Caring Communities (FCCC) is a non-profit organization serving Franklin County through education and collaboration to promote wellness and prevent the misuse of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs, with an emphasis on youth substance use prevention. FCCC also supports events, initiatives and programs such as Johnny's Ambassadors, Vermont Junior Teen Institute, and the Vermont Teen Institute.
