Provides anonymous and confidential needle exchange program that offers clean needles and other drug injection equipment, sharps containers, naloxone, and fentanyl, xylaxine and nitazene test strips. Also provides educational materials and referrals to housing, medical, mental health and medication-assisted treatment and other social services and a food pantry.
