Description

Provides low-interest rehabilitation loans to make essential repairs on homes in order to eliminate health, safety and/or accessibility issues. Home repair assistance may also include technical support, home maintenance workshops, special grants, home inspection, assistance in creating job specifications and finding estimates, and ongoing project support. Maximum Grant: $2,500

Windham & Windsor Housing Trust rebuilds, rehabilitates, leases, and manages properties and supports residents with information, education, counseling, and access to resources for repairs.
