Offers a comprehensive continuum of substance misuse prevention education, intervention, and substance misuse disorder treatment. Services include drug and alcohol screening and assessment, early intervention strategies, outpatient treatment, including individual and group counseling, aftercare services to help youth maintain a healthy lifestyle, a substance use hotline, and referrals to intensive outpatient residential treatment or other community services as needed.

Provides real supoort, safety and care by offering many programs. Services include recreational activities, counseling, crisis services, substance misuse prevention and treatment services, emergency shelter and life skills education for school and work, and transitional services for young adults returning to the community after being justice involved.
