Provides direct access to EBT information, such as account balance and transactions, and allows cardholders to report lost or stolen cards. Food and cash benefits, such as 3SquaresVT, Emergency Assistance, Essential Person, and Reach Up are available via EBT cards. The website provides links to lists of participating stores, farmer's markets, and ATMs where EBT cards can be used. Purchase of food online with an EBT card is possible at Walmart.com and Amazon.com. Phone is an automated system. If card has been lost or stolen or you do not know the 16-digit card number, say "My card is missing", and you will hear another recorded message that says, "If you know your card number, enter it now. Otherwise, press 1". The representative has the ability to look up your account by your social security number, and will ask you to answer further questions.
