VERMONT CENTER FOR INDEPENDENT LIVING

Vermont Center for Independent Living is a statewide, non-profit organization that works to promote the dignity, independence, and civil rights of Vermonters with disabilities. Services include Specialized Information and Referral, Peer Advocacy and Community Outreach that includes the Benefits to Work, Deaf Independence and Youth Leadership Programs, Individual and Group Skills Training, Systems Advocacy, Meals on Wheels, the Home Access Program, and the Sue Williams Freedom Fund, which offers limited funding for services and equipment to assist people with disabilities to maintain independence in their own homes.
